First steampunk nerf vulcan just about done

First one out of two done. My brother liked what i was doing so he wanted one. Just a few more details left to add, maybe. unless I feel like leaving it as is

On an unrelated note...

Earlier last week, due to being snowed in, i decided to try my hand at Steampunk. Which, after starting with a nerf gun, turned out to be a lot of fun. I've been working on if for a few days, and most likely going to be done by this weekend. So i will post as soon as its finished.

I found the plans for this on Thingiverse and thought it was a perfect thing to make with black plastic. It started to mess up a little on the head, but it still look awesome. Next up Storm Trooper....

Cellular Division Bracelet

IT FINALLY WORKED! after a 1 hour 10 min print, it finally came out somewhat decent. Although i printed it the hard way, going up instead of printing it on its side (which i didn't think of until ofter I finished the print) I couldn't be happier with the out come. I just need to clean it up now.

IT'S ALIVE

I have decided to start a blog about my robot, Makerbot #51. Which after roughly 6 months of working on and off on him, he was finished on december 30th. It's been busy printing away and tuning for the past month or so. and finally its working perfectly! Pictures to come later.

Random prints

Random set of prints that i did last night. Top is half of walt disney's head. Extruder got jammed up with twisted filiment during the print so i had to stop it. below that is the Tri-force from Zelda! pure epicness. Then there is the first half of a braclet that is modeled after cellular division. usually made out of steel, so it usually would look layered, but i though it would look cool like that. finally there is the bottom half of a box that i was making. It is a puzzle, which to get the top on or off you have to solve it.

Makerbot number 51. UFObot in all his glory. I'm thinking about painting/ moding him. any suggestions?
